There was dried blood specks on the walls and the walls themselves were dirty in the bathroom area. The bathroom door was completely broken and couldn’t shut or lock. Mold covered the shower and bottom of the toilet. Lastly, breakfast was a pack of mini sausage biscuits that had to be popped in the microwave along with half frozen packaged muffins. Overall, hospitality was fine, and the cleanliness and quietness was fine as well.

The reviews on the hotel are great, so we must've been put in a dingy room, the floor of the shower has rusty edges and a patch over a rusty hole in the shower, the drain was lose in its place because everything else had rusted away, and you can feel the tub move when you walk around in it, the room itself was ok, but for 140$ (30$ for a pet fee) there wasn't a coffee machine, microwave was broken and breakfast was pre-packed snacks and jimmy dean biscuits.

Hotel is infested with black crickets. Found one as soon as I walked in the room and woke up in the morning to one on the floor as well. Walked in the room and smelled very strongly of bleach. There were puddles of bleach all over the floor, especially by the bed. I understand using bleach to clean but leaving puddles behind like that is a safety and health hazard. Stains on the bed sheets and mattress cover. Pillows were basically rolled up cotton. Blankets had cigarette hole burns in them. Also was very noisy, guys in the room next door stayed up late partying and drinking outside their door. Definitely would not stay again.

Paula working the desk was so kind and professional. I tried to check in early, but the room wasnt ready. She called me the minute the room was clean.. The only downfall was I didn’t ask for a no smoking room and should have. My bad.

Only coffe/orange juice and danish bagel for breakfast; terrible old pillows, torn covers, old thinned stained towels, extremely loud guests all throughout the night. People yelling and cursing. Police units came…Got no sleep.

the property was clean and well lit. Right off the highway a short distance to food and shopping. The staff was super helpful. EXPEDIA booked me in a SMOKING room when my reservation clearly stated NON-SMOKING. I was traveling with my 5 yr old granddaughter who has cystic fibrosis. (Exposure to cigarette smoke causes a great deal of problems for her). Angela at the the front desk did the best she could offering to put us in a king room but there were 2 other adults and we needed 2 beds. They let us inspect the room before we committed. It smelled mildly of smoke and the lovely housekeeper Sandra left us with some deodorizer spray. Our stay at the property was good. Expedia need to do better on booking the reservations though.
