Nice, clean, quiet property. Bed was comfortable. Hotels in Lafayette are generally overpriced but this was a good property.

Confirmed 2 queen beds and only had one. When I called down to the front desk she said they couldn’t do anything about it.

The room was clean.But when you the door a strong smells of smoking came. So room looks clean but was smells as a smoking room. I when and check with the front desk and they very politely and said facilities was smoke free. ???

This is my 3rd stay at these properties. I have paid a lot more at other hotels and don't get the same neat and clean room conditions. Always amazes me. Will be definetely stay here again!

The whole front desk area was disgusting and the staff where unkept and unprofessional! Upper management needs to pay a visit! The lobby smelled like bleach and funk mixed together. I m assuming they are short staffed especially with maids since I saw I believe the night manager and one of the front desk people making up beds.Rooms needed to be better cleaned. Lights didn’t work

Updated contemporary extended-stay facility-- functional rather than fancy. Large gym, free laundromat, large desk area for workspace. Kitchen well-equipped for a short stay: regular fridge, 2-burner stove, dishwasher. Let us change rooms when AC in first room too noisy for sleep.

I booked 2 rooms One, the bathroom floor was filthy. I wiped it with a washcloth and the cloth was black. The other room, the shower didn’t work and they had to take baths!

Pleasant stay
Hotel must have had a recent update. Room very up to date, clean & new kitchen. Well stocked. Comfortable furniture. Only issue was the bed seemed older, lumpy with “body-sized valley”, ripped bottom lining visible under bed.

Though we only stayed for one night, it was very comfortable and affordable. It was a bit confusing to find the entrance—it faced the interstate, had no overhang, and was not labeled.

Great hotel
Had a great one-night stay. We stayed in a very clean, spacious double bedroom. The kitchenette was convenient and the bathroom was very nice too. Our room faced the highway and parking lot, but the comfort of our bed overshadowed the noise and light. Overall, 9.5/10!

Check in was slow. The room itself was fine. More suited to someone for a extended stay. Full size fridge, dishwasher, counter top burners, etc. On two occasions I noticed a lack of hot water while showering.

It was fine, but not at all impressed. Lots of paint peeling and chipping everywhere, lobby, hallways, the pool and most importantly by the window in our room where my kids could get to it.

Check in lady was very nice. The hotel was a mess. It was very dirty and so much construction. Smoke alarms were covered up by plastic. The elevator alarm kept going off, fire department had to come. Had to use stairs and we were on the 4th floor. No vending machines, no ice, no snacks available.

The halls smelled very bad. We could smell it in our room. There were stink bugs in the room. We had to kill 8 to 10 bugs. They were crawling everywhere and one climbed on my husbands neck when he was sleeping. I had to pull hair out of the bathroom drain because the water wouldn't drain. It was disgusting. Staff was great, friendly and accommodating.
