Good location and clean
Good for the price. Clean. We felt safe. But we could have used more pillows and a more comfortable mattress. We only stayed one night. Great location for visiting Purdue and close to restaurants!

Friendly staff, overall clean but buildings, rooms, and furnishings are starting to show age. Also can get a tad loud at night since right next to busy street but in general great location and will stay again.

Best Place To Stay In A Pandemic and Anytime.
The rooms were in wonderful condition. The protocol for COVID protection was better than a high cost hotel stay. We love our stay at Campus Inn. The price is great, the stay is great and the staff is awesome. We will keep coming back.

Comfort of the room made up for the WiFi.
The stay was wonderful. The only problem was the WiFi. The WiFi was faulty and would not stay connected.

Thank you for staying with us. As far as WI-Fi is concern, if the guest is inactive and just stay connected but not actually working will automatically kicks out of the internet to free up the shared internet.

unnecessary call to know check in time! I shouldnt be rushed to check in. was asked over phone how many adults and children. Then when checking in charged additional for children. He could have notified us then when we spoke over the phone 🙄

First of all let us Thank you for your business in this COVID 19 outbreak. We are sorry that we gave you simple courtesy call to confirm your reservation since no one is travelling On a STAY HOME Orders still in affect country wide. We wish we could post our phone conversation here to confirm your claim of us rushing you to check in. We simply asked you what time you're expected to check-in. Due COVID 19 we were short of staff so we make sure you do not have any difficulty checking in if you were to arrive late. Your reservation was for just one adult for 2 queen beds and you had total of 5 people were allowed to stay though our policy is very clear that maximum occupancy was four in room with 2 queen bed room.Guest must list all the guest while making reservation and not hide number of people to save. We are in a hospitality business and each person stays in the room is always subject to charge. Room was trashed your deposit was dropped. We had to disinfect the room professionally so that our staff don't get infected since you left the Chewed GUM on the HEADBOARD on purpose.

The hotel appears to have been constructed in the 1960s or 70s, judging by the layout and construction materials. The basics are unchanged, but most materials have been upgraded/replaced with new materials, including flooring, furnishings, paint, etc. Combined with decent maintenance and very good cleanliness, the hotel provided a pleasant stay.

This place is exactly what you expect it to be, and nothing more. The people that work there are incredibly nice and the facilities are surprisingly clean. Everything is old and small but for <$100 you can't really beat it in the area on game days.

Guess in the sub-$75 price range, cannot expect a better service. The counter staff are friendly but the owner/manager is outright blunt and curt, not a great friendly customer service kind. When we asked if we could have a 30 mt late check out due to our travel plans, he said a simple “NO” and then walked off. The property was literally empty for the weekend.

Great location and the bedroom was good for the price. It’s just an old property so things can be sort of outdated. The staff were fine, they just weren’t approachable.

Really depends on what you are looking for. It is near the campus and the location can't be beat. if you are younger and just want a place to lay your head it works. However, during Purdue games, and I am sure it is the case with most hotels in town, the rates charged are exorbitant for what the quality of this place was. I was stuck in town unexpectantly and needed a place to stay so I was thankful I got it. and in the end I have no complaints. But if you are planning a trip and do not need to be near the campus, I have a feeling there are better places to stay.

There is always a choice for guests pick and choose the hotel and rates they want to pay and the type of hotel they want spend the night. One can always avoid to pay higher price specially if not here in town for home game weekend and stay out of area to avoid high demand and higher prices. Our rates were competitive compare to other area hotels with similar amenities. Thanks once again for staying with us.

Old but clean
The room was clean however it was very dated. It did look like they are working on updating with new flooring in bathroom, shower & bedding could use some modernizing along with updating the outside of building, at least a fresh coat of paint. The Campus Inn is very conveniently located to everything, we would stay again.
