Guest quarters are separated from the common area with a pocket door for privacy. Master area is in the back of the house for seclusion. Walking distance to the closest pool and a few miles from SPANISH SPRINGS and LAKE SUMTER for shopping, dining and FREE nightly entertainment. GOLF COURSES and REC CENTERS galore. Call ahead to reserve your rental golf cart. The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests. Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages. Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in a $500 fine. Pets: Not Pets on the Property at any Time. Violations will result in a $500 fine. Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience.
