Property seemed pretty clean, but nothing exciting or great about it. Seemed a little old and in need of updates. Also, front desk was nice but looked shabby. Dressed in anything, sweatshirts, etc...I think they could make a better impression.

Quick stay
Great last minute booking as we had to evacuate our house for the night due to flooding. Great price. Breakfast was better than most hotels. Very clean.

There were only 4 parking spots in the hotel near the front entrance and there was only 1 handicapped parking spaces which was used. The other 3 spaces were used as well. I specificlly stated that i was disabled and they made sure i had a room on the main floor but i had to park my vehicle across the street which was an issue for my sister and I due to our disabilities. You really need to have enough closer parking spots especially handicapped people. We almost had to go to the energency room due to all of the walking because we both can walk but that was too much for us and we both have very bad breathing problems which was an issue for us too

The property is in need of updating. The room was dusty and the bathroom not very clean. I was disappointed and probably would not stay there again.

We had an issue with noisy neighbours after 11:00 pm. After speaking with the front desk, the matter was felt with immediately. I’m the morning while checking out, the manager apologized for the issue. Very pleased with the service.

Gentlemen at desk was nice and gave us a room on lobby level because we brought a lot of luggage and there is no elevator. Overall the property looks dated and has a musty odor but was pretty clean and comfortable.

This is my 2nd time at the Quality Inn, Ashland NH. It's been a convenient place to stay when attending a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion. It's an older property but is clean and very well-maintained. It has been a pleasant stay both times. I will be back for another stay soon.

Overall it was a pleasant stay, the rooms are generally clean, although we found coating of dust on top of the TV edge, and mirror/picture frames. Otherwise it seemed clean. There was a mattress cover that you could clearly see a (blood?)stain on the side, each day we were there, so obviously they weren't changing that cover out when they changed the sheets. Also there were many water stains in the ceiling of bathroom and the vents were gross and should be cleaned too. These types of things will make the room smell musty which we would notice when we're were gone for the day.

Reasonable price, convenient near highway location, outside of hotel is not overly appealing but the inside was clean and comfortable. The are around the hotel is not remarkable in any way. Service was helpful, kind and professional.

J’avais réservé en février 2 chambres et quand nous sommes arrivés hier après-midi midi a 15:15 nous en avions juste une, l’autre y avait quelqu'un d’autre dedans. Nous avons reussi a l’avoir que vers 17:00 pas acceptable, nous étions attendus pour 17:00 a un souper et mon ami qui etait avec moi a du prendre ca douche dans ma chambre et nous sommes arrivés en retard. Au prix que nous avons eu , je ne peux être vous dire que je suis satisfait du service. Aucunement content.

Customer service was excellent they were so friendly we came in really late from a concert and the beds were awesome slept like babies they had an amazing breakfast but we couldn't get up for it I'm looking for their pillows online now

Hotel was in a convenient location, right off of Interstate 93 and very close to and in the middle of all of the places we wanted to go. The Breakfast was very good. The only drawback was that there was no elevator, but we managed.

Pretty solid Lakes Region Choice
Older hotel with no elevator. Nice enough, modern enough, clean, good bed, good service. Location was near highway, so convenient for Lake region visit. I'd stay there again. Pool looked clean and well maintained like the property as a whole. I did not take advantage of daily breakfast but coffee wasn't very good. Much better than many lakes region hotels I've stayed at
