Just 100 metres from the beach and about 200 metres from the Pierre Ortal walkways, accessible via a pedestrian esplanade overlooking the sea, everything is within walking distance: beach, shops, restaurants and entertainment. Private parking is located at the back of the residence. Access to the apartments is via large staircases. The apartment consists of a functional living room equipped with a table and chairs, a sofa bed for two people, and a television. The open-plan kitchenette, which opens onto the living room, includes a sink, two electric hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and the necessary storage with crockery and kitchen utensils.
