Woke up with bed bug bites on my cheek and hand. It was noisy because the first night sleeping there, the neighbour next door was partying. After calling the receptionist, but had to use my cell phone to call the hotel because they didn’t answer using the phone in the room. The neighbour tried to pry open room door and hitting the door.

Bedrooms are ok. Cleanliness could be improved especially in the bathroom (toothpaste on the wall behind sink. Sound insulation is not great and there was a very noisy group on the floor above. Staff were very helpful in managing the situation though.

Ac unit is making more noice then a truck. White wine left inside the fridge. Never seen an hotel where the person at the entrance has to collect the garbage at the dinning area. Overall, i saw some beautiful pictures that dosent reflect what i seen there on the spot. WIll choose another hotel next time.

Be prepare that it wont be perfect
Firts day.. on towel missing ok that happens Second day one bed of the two made and 2 towels missings. When to tell them and they gave me two towel and noted the bed bot made Day tree room not even made . No towel. In the morning when to talk to the manager. He said that if i whanted the room to be made i needed to put the sign on the knob of the door like the do not disturb sign. Thats weird i said nobody told me that and why half the room was made. He said that the owner is gomna call me. But guest what no im sorry and nobody caled me.

Very cheap, the bathroom door didn't close. The receptionist took it as a note but nothing happened afterwards. Very disappointed taking in consideration the price.

Le staff de l’hôtel était vraiment super, sauf le dimanche matin pour le déjeuner.. À 9:00 déjà il n’y avait presque plus rien, les déjeuners sont supposés ce faire jusqu’à 11:00 et malgré les demandes des gens pour renflouer le stock, rien à faire…le samedi la fille était vraiment sur la coche, c’était propre et la nourriture était pleine tout le temps, elle en remettait à mesure. Pour la propreté juste correct! Des poils et cheveux sur les oreillers..qui en plus étaient ma foie zéro confortable, par contre du moment qu’on demande à l’accueil on en avait des nouvelles donc c’est ok. Confort de la chambre, correct aussi, vraiment pas cher donc on ne chialera pas, pour le prix, c’était bien.

Après avoir attendu 45 minutes pour notre chambre nous afin pu rentrer ( grâce à abygaël ) et réaliser qu’il y avait des cheveux dans le lit et sur comptoir de la salle de bain! La femme de ménage n’est même pas passé … Le déjeuner très décevant aussi.. on nous a même pas offert de rabais pour l’attente…

Seemed like the cleaning lady was in a rush and didnt thoroughly clean the room. Soiled duvet covers, dirt in the sheets, and no towels in restroom. We asked if there was another room and the lady working up front was nice enough to give us another room but it was the same as our first room with the addition of 6 or 7 large flys. I usually like this brand of hotel but dont think ill be staying at this particular one anytime soon.

Les murs ne sont pas fini, la bâtisse est vieille et manque d’amour. il y avait des mouches partout. Dans la chambre, le tout semblait très propre, mais le comptoir était taché. C’est vieux. Au moins le plancher était refait en bois flottant et les draps semblaient neufs. La toilette a fait un gros bruit alternatif toute la nuit. Comme si quelqu’un ouvrait la champlure d’eau à chaque 5 minutes. Une chance que nous avions bu du vin au souper dans les rues, ça nous à aidé à nous endormir. Je n’y retournerai pas.

Bon rapport qualité/prix
Nous avons bien été notre cours séjour. La réception était en rénovation, mais ça arrive. Le personnel lors du check-in/check-out aurait pu être plus amicale. La chambre était rénové au goût du jour. Malgré le froid à l'extérieur, nous étions bien au chaud dans la chambre. Notre chambre était propre et nous avons bien dormi. C'était tranquille. On ne s'est pas baigné, car l'air ambiante à la piscine était froide.
