"Booked a suite and upon arrival found that the toilet seat hadn't been properly cleaned from the previous guest as there was some residual bodily fluids on and under the seat. Superb breakfast as always, well stocked and maintained even with a whole group of U18 baseball players staying. Beds were comfy. Front staff was very helpful."
