### Villa Bella Malini

This unique gem is located in the picturesque village of Gondolici, just a few km from Labin.  
The view of the sea and the island of Cres is sensational, but you can also see the peaks of the Ucka.  
The house from the early 20th century was lovingly restored and renovated using original materials in 2016.  
The large property with 7000 sqm, together with the n orchards opposite, accommodates 2 houses 226 sqm, the second smaller house is for 2 people, has an extra kitchen, dining room, bathroom and living room with fireplace, bedroom on a romantic gallery.  
The first house with 3 bedrooms offers space for 6 people in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 guest toilets and a great sauna.  
Pool is 40.5 square meters, there is a small playground. A total of 7000 sqm is available with land opposite.  
Fantastic!  
The house is close to the cozy old town of Labin, about 2.5 km.  
Excursions are also great, Opatija or Rijeka are not far, and Pula or Porec are not very far either  
It is about 2-3 km to many small beaches.  
All bedrooms have air conditioning.  
The view of the Kvarer Bay is simply beautiful.  
A vacation to dream about.  
Price € 15.- is per day and per animal
