The house is located in a quiet part of the town of Labin with an inviting garden. Step out from the kitchen onto the beautiful covered terrace, which is ideal for socializing and relaxing and has an outdoor kitchen. The beautiful outdoor area, which is dominated by a lovely outdoor pool, ensures a peaceful and relaxing vacation and promises you refreshment in the summer months.

You can reach the city center and all facilities in no time. Be sure to visit the town market, where you can buy local products from local producers. There is also a fish market and a butcher's shop within the market. During your stay, explore the old town of Labin, the venue of numerous summer events, which will delight you with its picturesque streets and gastronomic offer, as well as Rabac. A tourist town with beautiful pebble beaches and crystal clear sea, and a beautiful promenade along it, ideal for evening strolls. In summer, you can take boat trips from Rabac to the nearby islands. For those who are more active, Rabac offers well-maintained hiking and cycling trails, tennis courts and fun summer activities at sea. You can also plan day trips by car and reach other Istrian destinations such as Pula, Rovinj or the medieval towns of inland Istria.
