On a hill, in a small place Gondolići, not far from the old town Labin, the beautiful Iron Lady lives. The view from the villa stretches far over the Plomin Hill until the tops of Učka, plunging into the sea to touch Rabac and Cres.

This picturesque villa stands out with its specific external appearance and concrete facade with a combination of old Istrian stone and iron, while its interior exudes ambience filled with the warmth of wood and the freshness of raw materials. The ground floor consists of the living room with kitchen and bathroom whereas upstairs there are two bedrooms and another, larger bathroom, making the villa ideal for small family or two couples. Villa is equipped with three air conditioners and has central heating alongside with an indoor fireplace. The surroundings of the villa provide a quiet environment ideal for relax by the pool or in the breathtaking garden with a barbecue.
