Service was terrible. Arrived before check-in time and requested 3 rooms to be close by if possible, receptionist said no problem and that she would make sure when we checked in later that would be sorted. Arrived later that evening and upon trying to check-in receptionist couldn't find our reservation, then she could only find two rooms vs. 3 made on the same reservation. She didn't provide any help, she just said it was not on her system. Later manager came saying the same and printed the list of rooms and the 3rd room we booked was there, she said there must be have been an issue with the booking site and said room wasn't ready as it was not their system. Left us waiting without telling us how long we'd wait or what was being done. we had to complain and 10 min after another receptionist came which was a lot more friendly and managed to help us.
