I got annoyed with the check-in clerk, who insisted that he had to photocopy my driver's license for
"their records." Too much information in my book. Please explain why this was necessary as I have stayed in this place several times.
We requested and got a street level room as we don't do steps well any more ant this place does not have elevators nor bellmen. We have stayed in this room before, (Rm 121) and it still does not have weather stripping around the door with daylight visible at the side and bottom.
Beds were comfortable, plumbing good. Room swivel chair was too low to work at the desk/table which was too high anyway. Poor.
Breakfast is always good here. The feature wafffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits, and sausage gravy, along with the usual assortments of fruit, cereals (hot and cold), yogurt, sweet rolls, and juice (apple and orange.)
