The room was great! Very clean and spacious. Most people in our group of 9 got sick. Not sure if from food or drinks… if you’re a nonmember, you do not have access to any of the nicer amenities. The resort layout is confusing, not very easy to navigate by walking.

Honest review. This review is based on my own experience and in what I like. Hotel is very organized and clean everywhere, the staff is well trained and super kind with guests. Easy parking. Is not overcrowded. Looks like the perfect hotel. Only bad things are, little or no entertainment, only one restaurant open during lunch and breakfast with not a lot of options. Desserts are awful, no ice cream anywhere, oh and the all inclusive drink is just a weird probably housemade alcohol, if you want name brand (even cheap ones) you have to either purchase a vip pass but this drinks are only available in ONE bar all the other ones don’t have these drinks which then is a little useless and inconvenient for the customer. Another option would be to buy the bottle which is like 2x the price of outside. All in all I have been to various all inclusive and I would recommend going somewhere else if you have the money to pay for this one you’ll have enough to pay for another one with better experience, entertainment and availability of food and deserts.

Very friendly staff. Very kid friendly. Beachfront is INCREDIBLE! Kids loved playing in the waves and watching the kite boarders. The hotel’s friendly cats along the paths were also a hit with all the guests. Room was clean but showing signs of wear and tear. Minor things like the phone didn’t work for 5 days, curtains barely moving. Lots of great restaurants to try only 5-10 minute walk along the beach into Cabarete.

There is no heat in the rooms only cold air.. the pool wasn't functioning properly.. there's no activity to do. The location is deep inside on top of a mountain THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO.. NOTHING CLOSE BY.
