La Vega Province Holidays

They gave us the wrong room type when we arrived. We payed for a suite. They changed us day two to proper room. Food was average but not great same thing day in day out. Overall had a good time. The beach was good. Would we go back ?????

Our room was wonderful. The pool that was outside our room was not best though. It was very small, not filled all the way and when we got there it looked dirty. The staff was wonderful, we did end up getting stuck with some staff who wanted to sell us a timeshare and they mentioned it would take an hour but it took up majority of our first day there which was 3hours spent with them so that was majority of our first day. Booking excursions was very convenient and we were able to do so right at the front desk and that was lovely. There were paddleboards, body boards, kayaks and many things to do on site which was lovely to have. The food was not best. I love Dominican food, but it was not what I expected. Majority of time, the food was cold. A lot of people were complaining of the food when we were there and stated getting sick. I watched 2 people faint from the effects of being sick from the food.

Staff amenities treatment food. Everything was excellent. Definitely recommended Im coming back.

I had an amazing experience at the Wyndham Alltra Samaná All‑Inclusive Resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and well cared for. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a great stay. The property itself is beautiful—well‑maintained grounds, relaxing pool areas, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. My room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The food and drinks were consistently enjoyable, and the service throughout the resort was excellent. What stood out most was the warmth and professionalism of the team. Their hospitality elevated the entire experience and made my stay feel special. As a small suggestion, it would be great to see a designated party area with a more modern, youthful music selection for the live DJ—something that still respects the family‑friendly environment but offers a later‑night option for guests who want to dance and enjoy a lively atmosphere responsibly. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable getaway in the Dominican Republic. I look forward to returning.
