A shared courtyard for parking is located in front of each apartment. Un effort a été fait sur la déco pour se sentir bien notamment des touches de "bleu". L'équipement est complet et de qualité, il ne manque rien. Quant aux extérieurs manque un peu de fleurs, verdure.
