La maison est belle, bien agencée et offre une prestation de qualité, tant par sa décoration que par son niveau d’équipement. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les espaces extérieurs, la cuisine d’été, ainsi que la localisation, idéale pour profiter du bassin.Durant notre séjour, nous avons signalé quelques désagréments techniques, notamment une climatisation difficilement réglable et des volets électriques capricieux. Une des chambres, située en dépendance, n’est par ailleurs pas climatisée, ce qui peut poser problème en pleine chaleur. Nous avons choisi de ne pas insister sur ces points, diminuant pourtant la qualité du séjour, considérant qu’ils n’étaient pas simples à résoudre dans l’immédiat.En revanche, nous avons été surpris de constater, plusieurs jours après notre départ, une retenue partielle sur la caution. Aucun devis ni estimation chiffrée ne nous a été communiqué, uniquement quelques photos, alors que la personne en charge de la gestion locative, venue en fin de séjour, n’avait rien signalé. Une première expérience pour nous après plus de 10 ans de location estivale avec ce même groupe. C’est une maison qui a beaucoup de qualités et dans laquelle nous avons passé un très bon moment, mais nous recommandons une certaine vigilance sur les conditions de restitution, la gestion post-séjour manquant selon nous de transparence.
