My accommodation is close to parks, art and culture, beautiful panoramic views, beach and restaurants. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the comfort of the bed, the kitchen, the intimacy and the views. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).
Located in Marola quiet and strategic place near the center of La Spezia (from where it is possible to reach the Cinqueterre) or the charming Portovenere
The studio is equipped with all the comforts, clean linen, crockery and first-rate goods. The garden is at guests' complete disposal with a kitchenette for outdoor lunches or dinners

Casa intima e accogliente. Fresca e riparata dal sole, ideale per le vacanze estive se si è in pochi. A 10 minuti di pullman da La Spezia, la posizione è l’unica cosa che pecca, per quanto non sia stato un problema con il servizio di trasporti. Da tornarci.

nous avons passer un agréable séjour tous et bien et très propre avec un bon petit extérieur et calme buse juste a proximité les locataires sont bien sympa a votre arrivé vous avez a votre disposition un assortiment pour les petit déjeuner il a même un lave vaisselle et une machine a laver le linge mais elle ne fonctionnais pas, pour y accéder il faut monté environ 84 marches dans un petit sentier,très bonne location

#### petit logement bien équipé et pratique
studio très bien équipé avec un agréable petit jardin permettant de prendre ses repas dehors, parfait pour un couple . Situé près d'un arrêt de bus qui permet de se rendre à la Spezia ou Porto Venere pour éviter de prendre la voiture, donc à proximité d'accès des Cinq terres et du magnifique golfe des poètes. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire, courtoise et sympathique, et surprise agréable de petits déjeuners offerts. Quelques petits bémols: stationnement un peu éloigné du fait des ruelles en escaliers de la vieille ville, une odeur d'humidité qui a disparu après quelques jours d'aération (studio resté longtemps fermé?) et pour nous français l'absence d'une cafetière électrique mais seulement petite cafetière à l'italienne.

Le studio est parfaitement équipé (cuisine, four, lave vaisselle, ...) avec une très belle terrasse avec barbecue ! Le studio est très bien situé : au calme, proche des arrêts de bus pour aller à la Spezia ou Portovenere et places de parking à proximité. Merci pour votre hospitalité et vos conseils Je recommande !

#### Soggiorno con vista sul porto
Monolocale con cucinotto completo di lavastoviglie e giardino con tavolo e barbecue. Situato nella parte antica (solo accesso pedonale) di Marola frazioncina di La Spezia. Abbiamo trascorso gradevolmente 4 notti in un bel silenzio in cui abbiamo apprezzato anche i garbati rintocchi del vicino campanile. In tutta la zona il parcheggio non è facile, ma comunque non abbiamo avuto problemi. Fermata del bus comodissima per andare in centro a La Spezia per poi prendere i mezzi che portano dove si vuole. Gentile e disponibile il propriatario.
