In this fully equipped little haven of peace, you will feel right at home! Enjoy its 2 terraces facing the lake to escape and enjoy the fresh air of La Rochelle. The apartment, located on the 2nd floor of an ultra-secure residence, is a 10-minute walk from La Rochelle Station, on a quiet and low-traffic street. Once arrived, you can do everything on foot (market, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, seaside walks, museums, theaters, cinemas, etc.) The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms overlooking the lake. The first bedroom has a double bed (160x190 cm) with its bathroom, a double-sink washbasin, and a washing machine. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a single bed (90x190 cm) on top and a double bed (140x190 cm) on the bottom. The second bathroom with a shower and separate toilets are located in the hallway facing this 2nd bedroom. The open kitchen overlooking the living room (with TV, WIFI and lake view balcony) is fully equipped: \- Refrigerator with freezer \- Oven & Microwave \- Cooking plates \- Kettle \- Toaster \- L'Or Coffee Maker \- Dishwasher \- Iron This family apartment is also equipped with a Kinderkraft baby travel bed (mattress dimensions: 51 x 92 cm).
