The house is located right next to the shops, the chef de baie beach, the Ile de Ré. Very easy and free parking right in front of the house gate. The furniture and paintings have been carefully hunted and redone. Curtains and cushions custom made by the designer owner. We love the design and the warm places. The house has exposed beams giving it a unique character. 3 bedrooms (one double bed 160, one double bed 140 and one with 2 beds (a child and a baby) + a sofa bed in the living room. A communicating shower room with 2 bedrooms, and a private bathroom + terrace with a double bedroom for adults. A terrace and a beautiful garden facing south.
