Arrived at rush hour and had difficulties in actually getting to the hotel which is surrounded by no entry signs - we got there on the fourth attempt! Make sure you reserve a parking space when booking. Excellent information from all the staff about what to see do etc. Liked the fact that we did not have to vacate our room until midday. The breakfast was extensive, tasty and brilliant value for money. Loved the location for accessibility to the historic parts and extensive choice of eateries/shopping. The wifi was very good. The shower wasn't hot enough. The products were very good. No tea making in the room but the bar price for tea was reasonable and selection available was extensive. Car parking very secure. Would recommend to friends and stay again without hesitation.

Friendly hotel, run by really nice people. Clean comfortable rooms. We were helped up the steep stairs with our luggage and were made very welcome.

Good experience, very helpful staff, excellent location beside the harbour and the town. Great to have a heated pool.

This hotel is a traditional hotel, to be enjoyed as such. Although small and compact, it is comfortable, clean and very convenient for the train station, port, bus station and all sights.

Sophie at front desk was very helpful before and during stay. Lovely suite in old section of town. Good, full breakfast. Very good value.

The hotel is fully renovated. Very modern decoration inside. Parking very easy and convenient in the rear entrance of the hotel. If you go by car book your parking in advance. Dont miss the chance to visit the island of Re if you have a car.

Lovely stay for two nights. The only thing I would have liked would have been tea/coffee facilities in the room but otherwise perfect.

Although some of the decoration in this hotel is a bit tired, it added to the charm of the place - a beautiful building on a lovely road our windows opened out onto the street - and because of electronic shutters, the room was quiet at night.
