Lovely hotel - great staff and very clean.
Extremely well appointed and clean hotel with staff that really care about your stay. Comfortable, clean and modern rooms are supplemented by good safe parking and great service (take your time in the car park - it’s underground but perfectly usable).

This place was nice. The property looked a little run down on the outside, but inside was nice. Didn't have any problems. Outside parking was full so I had to use the inside parking underneath the building, for a fee. Took a few minutes to find the building because there isn't a very clear sign in front.

Our room was modern, clean and tidy. The bathroom was spacious with toilet, bidet, twin basins and a bath/shower with lots of hot water. Staff were pleasant, welcoming and helpful.

Comfortable hotel
Comfortable rooms with good bed and shower. About 15 minute walk to Tapas streets. Decent gym facilities but you need to pre book (no problem getting a slot). We paid for parking but you can park on the street outside for free I think. Breakfast was ok but was a served buffet (I assume due to covid) so staff were stressed as there were a lot of people waiting. I would have preferred to have breakfast out.

Quiet Night with Comfortable Beds and Clean Room
Quiet clean room a convenient 5 minutes from old town Logrono with best pinchos street Cal Laurel in Rioja/better than San Sebastien/Haro by far. Limited free parking which was available for us. Entrance to hotel inconvenient and only used the hotel to sleep and enjoyed comfortable beds in a quiet part of town only a short ride to the heart of the action. Staff helpful with directions, polite and pleasant to deal with fluent in English which was a plus. No issues with our stay.

Respectable property
We stayed 2 nights at the property, in which time we encountered 3 other guests - other than that, the hotel was a ghost town. This might sound appealing to some, but it was almost too quiet - there was no atmosphere. The hotel is in an inconvenient location to the famous Pintxos lanes of Logroño, and otherwise surrounded by suburban or carpark areas. There was often noise outside during the early hours of the morning. The rooms and hotel are becoming outdated. The gym had old and broken equipment. To the credit of staff, they were friendly and helpful - but there was not much else going for the property.

Enjoyable stay
We had a four night stay visiting family over a bank holiday weekend. We chose this hotel due to its locality near to our relations and knew that it was a 20 minute walk from the old town. The reception staff were friendly spoke good English and were helpful with information about local events, emailing us a programme of events which was really useful. The room was clean and comfortable. We had breakfast daily and there was a wide choice including gluten free and lactose free products. Unfortunately there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and only one complimentary bottle of water during our stay. I appreciate facilities vary country to country but complimentary water would have been better than nothing. The hotel is a fair way from the old town but the number 5 bus stops nearby and is very cheap. We had a lovely stay and would stay here again.

Great place especially if you have a car
Everything was good. Check in lady was great-explained about free parking around the hotel which saved us some money. Gym was small but new and clean. Just a short walk into town and I like being in a quieter area . Would have liked a coffee maker in the room but overall a great stay. My only complaint is I left some items and it has been impossible to get a hold of the hotel by email. I do not have a phone and am not sure why they won’t provide an email address?

AC La Rioja Hotel
This Hotel was convenient and yet off the main road which was a positive. In reviews of other hotels in Lagrono, the streets are noisy due to a full and active nightlife. This hotel was in the city but on a quiet street. The staff was great, room very clean and well appointed. I recommend as a strong option.

Modern hotel in central but quiet area with underground parking. 15 minutes walk to old town with loads of tapas bars. Hotel reception staff excellent and arranged a visit for us to a winery very quickly - brilliant experience. Great massages in the Spa, just what we needed after driving through the snows.

This is a great clean hotel. Great view of the San mateo fireworks if you get a room on the west side of the hotel. Everything is clean as well as the staff.

It is a very good hotel. However I had a problem in check-in. Although I made full payment quite in advance for a double room, while I was check-in I was told that there was no double room awailable and they would give me a room with three separate beds. I did not like thee room with three beds, after discussing the situation with the person who could not help me at all some other person gave me a room with double bed. But it was on the top floor next to elevators, and all night long we had to listen the noise of electric motor of the elevators. Next day, which was our last day, finally we had a nice room.

From the blurb this looked like a good hotel in a good location. WRONG..is one side of a horseshoe of flats, with concrete area used by residents for football. It is a Travelodge Hotel at 4 star prices Bathroom was not clean and when this was mentioned to the staff at reception were not apologetic and were standoffish. No drink making facilities in the room only over priced minibar. No on road parking so had to pay an additional charge to park - difficult to find reception. Had an meal in the restaurant, no child menu so paid for three adult meals with wine and coffee, no options given for 11 year old...but friendly/helpful waiter.

AC hotel Rioja
Ac hotel rioja is a quiet hotel about 5 mins by taxi to the old town of Logrono. It is quiet with underground parking. The restaurant is excellent for evening meal and breakfast
