This newly remodeled condo sleeps 4 people with the queen sofa bed in living room. Full kitchen and in suite washer and dryer. Central AC to keep you cool. Family and pet friendly. High chair and pack-n-plan crib in suite. The complex has 4 swimming pools and hot tubs for your enjoyment. Permit #244388  
  
This is a 762 Sq ft 1 Bedroom Condo in the Casitas Las Rosas complex next to the Embassy Suites hotel in Old Town La Quinta. This unit is ground floor for east entry and has a full kitchen, full bathroom with shower/tub, full in suite washer and dryer unit. The living room has a queen pull out sofa bed and cozy gas fireplace. Large TVs with premium cable channels in Living room and bedroom. Small patio with chairs for outdoor enjoyment. Dog park, gym, tennis all nearby.  
  
You will have the full condo unit to yourself.  
  
Old Town La Quinta is very nice and safe. Walk to close by restaurants and shops.

\-Quiet Hours at this complex are 10pm to 7am. The city gives fines for noise complaints.
