For context, there were 9 of us (2 families, kids 10-16).Pros: beds and pillows are super comfortable; bedrooms have enough space for suitcases, and have either a closet with shelves or a dresser; lots of towels, pots/pans/cooking utensils; nice quiet neighborhood with playground/park in walking distance; washer and dryer worked great and there was detergent; air conditioners in each room. Cons: pool was too cold to go in, bathrooms could use a few fixes, not enough dishes or chairs for all guests, the shampoo/conditioner supplied was enough for 1-2 uses, dining chairs were peeling, the layout of the house was strange and the tiny kitchen is the only way to get to the other side of the house.None of the cons were a big deal, just made our stay fine vs GREAT.
