Spacious studio, for 4/5 people of 26m2, on the ground floor, with outdoor terrace valley view (north exposure), near Dou du Praz and slopes view. Skis on foot.  
recommended for walkers and cross country skiing.  
Entrance with cupboards The separate kitchen is equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, a fridge, dishwasher, 1 combined oven. Living room: dining area, bedroom area with 2 bunk beds (+ 1 drawer bed) and dividing curtain;  
second part, lounge area, separate with sliding wall, with TV, 1 double folding bed.
