As we reached the hotel and got our room, a terrible smell welcomed us and we asked to move to another room. we've searched for a better rom but all the rooms had a very bad smell, so we checked out.
needless to say that we didn't stay more than 3 hours at the hotel, according to the hotel policy, if you cancel your booking you'l be charged only for the first night. However, the hotel refused to refund the rest of our money which we paid (for 3 nights!!!).

Please if you contact to Expedia Customer service, there were a % refund agreement. Also we are going to writte them to conctact you.
