Expérience très décevante, tant avec Riu qu’avec Hotels.com.
Nous avions réservé pour 2 adultes et nos 2 enfants de 3 et 6 ans, mais à notre arrivée, Riu avait reçu des informations différentes et nous a réclamé environ 1 600 € supplémentaires.
Malgré notre confirmation Hotels.com indiquant clairement « 2 adults, 2 children », aucune solution n’a été trouvée. Nous avons dû payer le supplément pour pouvoir passer la première nuit, puis quitter l’hôtel dès le lendemain et trouver un nouvel hébergement en urgence.
Depuis, Riu et Hotels.com se renvoient la responsabilité, alors que nous avons supporté seuls les conséquences de leur discordance : surcoût, pertes financières, stress et vacances perturbées.
Une expérience particulièrement décevante de la part de deux grandes enseignes.
