The accommodation: It consists of an entrance hall leading to the first bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and the living room.  
The living room opens onto the fully fitted and equipped kitchen and the loggia.  
The loggia's garden and pool views will provide a relaxing experience.  
The apartment has a mezzanine level, which serves as an office area and provides access to the second bedroom.
