This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use. You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families. The kitchen is incredible. So many areas of the home have views of the ocean. The house is set up nicely so multiple couples or family members can have private areas with bathrooms of their own. There is also a separate room that has entry on the outside of the home for more people to stay. Big Tvs everywhere in the house. The property management company (Swell) were amazing to work with.
