The home features a spacious 1,100 sq. ft. patio for entertaining or relaxing, plus an open floor plan connecting the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Large windows and patio doors let in coastal breezes year-round. The upgraded kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage, and a breakfast bar. Two assigned parking spaces in the garage.  
  
Located just minutes from UCSD, Torrey Pines, UTC, La Jolla Village, Downtown, and more, this home offers unparalleled access to everything La Jolla has to offer.  
  
31 night minimum stay.  
Guests are required to sign a rental agreement & fill out the HOA registration forms.   
Unit is accessible by elevator from the parking garage. No stairs necessary.  
Unit is single story, no stairs in the unit.   
2 assigned parking spaces in garage.   
Pet Friendly - up to 2 pets with owner approval.  
$250 pet fee (per booking, not per pet)  
This property is equipped with central heat & AC.   
The fireplace is decorative only.
