Both beaches are rocky and accessibility is strictly dependent on tide levels. The closest family friendly sandy beach is Tourmaline Beach, 1 mile south from our home. Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 30, and all adult guests must be over 30, excluding families. He found this outstanding home for our 6 night stay.Directly on the ocean with beautifully decorated lower deck and upper one off master bedroom.Home was so immaculate and appeared to be completely newly decorated. Every necessity you could need is there in abundance, especially in kitchen.Walking the neighborhood is a treat in itself. 5 minute walk are restaurants, shops, wayfarer coffee shop, park, yoga, bike rentals, etc.Garage is so convenient for parking your car.One bedroom is downstairs and two upstairs including master. Very spread apart for three couples or giving you space from your kids. Views were stunning, location was amazing, kitchen fully stocked for cooking, beds so comfy, great gathering spaces. Staff was super helpful and responded quickly to all questions. Absolutely stunning! The outdoor patio was the highlight. From watching surfers all day to spectacular sunsets.Kitchen was well stocked with wares, bedrooms were comfortable and quiet! Great location. The communication with drift vacation homes was excellent! We had a small issue with the front door lock code but that was addressed quickly. The view was breathtaking, truly the most beautiful place we've ever stayed. The home is completely updated, with new appliances, clean rooms, and even remote control blackout shades in every room.
