Cozy upper level, one-bedroom apartment located at a small marina called Chut’s Boat Landing. Chut’s Boat Landing is nuzzled in the beautiful back sloughs of the Mississippi River. From the windows and deck you can see incredible river views, sunsets and local wildlife. Tournament Fishing hot spot right outside your door and just a short drive to downtown La Crosse, restaurants, hiking, and Mt. La Crosse Ski Area and Pro Shop.

Amazing place! Perfect for our fishing adventures!Was clean, well maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. Great view of the river and marina. We docked our boat at the marina (just steps down from the front door). It was perfect for our stay where we spent the whole time fishing! Thank you.

Lacrosse weekend river stay

We stayed here over UWL graduation weekend. I choose this as it was close to everything, on the river, and we did not have to share space with anyone. The place was very clean and super cute inside. The owner gave me easy instructions and was easily available by phone when I needed to call. I would highly recommend this place!!

Great River Getaway

Emily was great to communicate with. I had worries about bringing a boat, and I asked a TON of questions, and she was so helpful and very open to question. The property was clean and beautiful. I suggest a cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the water!

LOVELY property right on the water

We loved Emily’s place for many reasons. It was a lovely getaway. Quiet, on the water, spacious, clean. We enjoyed taking a kayak out in the early morning, which is such a nice perk. Location feels tucked away but it’s really conveniently located. Emily was a lovely host—responsive and gave us some great recommendations. Would definitely love to come back.

Lovely weekend in Lacrosse

A beautifully clean place, with lots of nice little snacks and bathroom amenities and a well stocked kitchen! It felt so peaceful and secluded since it's on a steep wooded bank. We enjoyed our stay very much!.

Realaxing

The host has a great spot on the river. We spent most of our time on the covered patio. She had everything we needed for a great vacation, accommodations were wonderful. I would definitely recommend staying there.

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet apartment. The apartment was very clean with a comfortable bed. The hostess had a variety of snacks, coffees, teas and toiletries available for us. We enjoyed our dinner on the deck with a view of the marina.

Tree house get away

Beautiful little spot amongst the trees with a deck overlooking the water. Kayaks are in the garage and a spot to park your boat. All in the city of Lacrosse. Clean and quiet with everything you need for a getaway

Fun location, private but close to downtown and river

18th wedding anniversary with wife. Bobby helped us get our boat in the water and an idea of where to go. House was clean and well stocked. We wanted for nothing. Would stay again.

Great stay

My husband and I stayed for extra long weekend. We truly enjoyed ourselves. We just chilled and did whatever we wanted. We used the provided kayaks and loved that adventure for the first time. Apartment was as advertised and very clean and close to everything. Host was easy to deal with. We would highly recommend.

If you’re a couple looking for the absolutely perfect place to stay, this is it. Quiet, charming and a beautiful setting. A short drive to anywhere in the area. We loved every part of this place! Homecoming in lacrosse

This place is where you'll want to stay if staying in La Crosse. It was very easy to find and wonderfully quiet at night. Any of the people I met using the marina were totally friendly and the use of a garage was awesome. Thank you so much for a great stay...We'll be back if in the La Crosse area. Emily was great to work with to resolve one tiny issue I had with the lock...totally my stupidity. Thanks again Eric

Best of the Mississippi right at your back door.

Best vacation I’ve had, period. So comfortable and the view is fabulous. Bring your boat and have it ready to go whenever the mood moves you. The dock is just a few steps away. Grilling on the deck was a pleasure. Enjoyed many an evening watching the sun sink in the west. Come to LaCrosse, Wisconsin and enjoy all that is offered in the bustling community.
