Located 700m from the beach, this semi-detached farmhouse on 1 level offers a living room with dining area (seats 8), open-plan fitted kitchen, terrace; 1 air-conditioned bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds; a bathroom with heated towel rail, a shower room with toilet, separate toilet. Numbered free parking space. Wi-Fi inluded.  
  
In the closed and secured domain of the "Mas de Gigaro" with swimming pool from june to september (free for children under 7 years old, 10 € / person / week+ 50 € deposit) and 4 tennis courts (100 € deposit, 40 € / week).  
  
Rental house hold linen in option : 20 € double bed, 10 € single bed, 8 € the set of 2 towels including bath mat and tea towels.
