After a few steps, you enter a bright living room: fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, lounge/dining room opening onto the fully-fitted terrace with magnificent sea views. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are adjoining, and a shower room with separate wc. All rooms have air conditioning, wifi fibre access and free parking. There are two ways of accessing the house: From the top, down a path and several dozen steps. From the bottom, accessible by car via a tarmac road leading uphill + again some high steps. Closed and secure estate on 40ha with a collective swimming pool from June to September (10 € / pers. / week + 50 € deposit; free for children under 7), 4 tennis courts (100 € deposit then access for 40 € / week on reservation), a club house with free wi-fi access. Optional linen hire: €20 double bed, €10 single bed, €8 set of 2 towels including bath mat and tea towels. Sehr schön saniert, neues Schlafzimmer, neues Bad und neue Küche. Das Kinderzimmer ist etwas älter aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Leider fängt sich der Schall an der Hangseite und der höher gelegenen Nachbarterrasse. Sehr unglücklich ist die Zuwegung zu dem Objekt sehr steile und leider auch qualitativ schlechte Naturtreppen aus Stein und Holz. ##### Anja R. Stayed 8 nights in Aug 2025 ---
