Been coming for years, it's going downhill fast
My family and I are so disappointed with this hotel. Despite the kindness of a front desk clerk and her manager, this last experience here has sadly ended are 3 yr annual stay at this hotel. Gross and uncomfortable room conditions, decaying facade, poor inconsistent service and outrageous prices plague this place. People who rate it favorably simply don't know what a true 5 star resort is suppose to be like. I am sorry but it's true! This place has gone downhill and by the way, does not like Expedia booked customers! Don't say no one warnned you!!

Unfortunately, the level of quality that you are entitled to receive did not live up to your expectations and all the inconveniences you faced during your stay, starting with your room conditions and the general quality of our service.
