Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 93 m² flat with mountain views which can accommodate up to 6 people and is located in La Bresse. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 800 m². Wifi and sheets included, towels extra, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is as follows:  
\- Located on the ground floor of a three-storey house  
\- A 45 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area   
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 : with a double bed (140×190)   
\- Bathroom with shower and bath  
\- A separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a high chair and baby cot (on request) and a barbecue.  
  
Outside:  
\- An enclosed garden shared with the tenant on the 1st floor. Furniture to make the most of fine weather  
  
The flat is ideally located in La Bresse, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:  
\- Nearest train station: Remiremont station approx. 30 km (approx. 30-40 minutes by car)  
\- Nearest airport: Strasbourg airport 120 km (about 1 hour 45 minutes by car)

#### Très agréable appartement à la Bresse

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé dans cet appartement à la Bresse. L'appartement est propre, rénové récemment avec tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer un agréable séjour.Le seul inconvénient est l'insonorisation entre le RDC et l'étage: on entend beaucoup les voisins du dessus ce qui peut être génant.
