L'ascenseur ne dessert que 2 appartements. Les matelas sont remarquables de confort. La vue sur toute la baie est très appréciable. Sinon, Semble équipé pour seulement 2 personnes comme nous l'étions. Les oreilles sensibles pourront objecter que la chaudière à gaz s'entend la nuit si la porte de la chambre est ouverte, laquelle chambre donne sur l'arrière.
