Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Santo Domingo Bay fue excelente. Desde nuestra llegada disfrutamos mucho de las instalaciones y los servicios que ofrece.
El único detalle a mejorar fue el proceso de check-in, ya que llegamos a la hora establecida y la atención fue un poco lenta. Sin embargo, de ahí en adelante, el servicio fue muy bueno.
El restaurante nos encantó, tanto por la calidad de la comida como por la variedad. Como recomendación para futuros huéspedes, vale la pena evitar los horarios de mayor afluencia para disfrutar de una experiencia más tranquila.
La cafetería merece una mención especial: ¡la atención, los postres y el café son de 100 puntos! La estación de snacks también nos gustó mucho, al igual que los dos bares, que ofrecen un excelente servicio.
Nuestra habitación estaba muy limpia y fue bastante cómoda. Además, la playa es bonita y tranquila, perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar de las vacaciones.
En general, quedamos muy contentos con nuestra estancia. Es un hotel que recomendaríamos y al que muy probablemente regresaremos en nuestras próximas vacaciones. ¡Una experiencia que vale la pena repetir!
