The room was modern, well equiped and clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. The requirement to wear a wristband was a total surprise, strange and a bit demeaning. The drive to get to Samana was sketchy and challenging.

For the price I have no complaints with my stay. The staff were awesome. They helped us with every request we had. Graccie House was on a quiet street yet close to anything you could need. A 5 minute walk to the Malecon where we found some excellent restaurants. I would stay here again.

Room was nice. Most of the staff was friendly. Some were not as friendly. Room service food was very simple in choices. Pool closed at 6 pm and no hot tubs anywhere! That was a big bummer. Everything else was fine but nightly events are better in Cancun.
