Comfortable stay and a convenient location
We chose this hotel because of its convenient location so close to the A2. Very helpful when driving through Spain! There is onsite parking and the rooms were a good size. The food in the cafeteria was tasty and cheap, and the hotel and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.

Overnight stay
The night we stayed there was a wedding but it didn’t disturb or sleep we ate in the cafeteria food was very good and the service also friendly staff good to see locals using facilities. Not much English spoken but we got by.

My wife is disabled and in a wheelchair and the staff helped whenever they could. We had a room adapted for the disabled which was very good. Only problem a smell from the shower drain, this was put down to the room not being used regularly. Smell disappeared when water was run and after a shower but would return next morning. I suspect there are no u bends on the outlets. keep running the water. A nice hotel and we will stay again.

Definitely value for money, very helpful staff.
The stay is always enjoyable at this hotel, good size rooms immaculate bed linen,all the necessary things for your stay, hairdryer etc. I accidently left a small case their and I have had nothing but exceptional help from the staff for which I am grateful as we only travel once a year from Spain to London and return i month later they are prepared to keep the case in their store.

Great night stop-over
Only stopped here to break the trip between Leon & Barcelona. Better than average for the purpose. Particularly helpful staff. Very good continual breakfast.

Very helpful staff, ideal stopover. Restaurant not open on Sunday evening, bar snacks good, freshly prepared and good selection. Used by many locals. Breakfast excellent selection. All good value for money

Nice Hotel in pretty Spanish town
We used this hotel in February and didn't see any of the outside areas shown in the photos on line. The room and bathroom were large and the fittings very good quality. The corridors were v hot! The Goya restaurant was not open. We were told the traditional restaurant would be open but we didn't see anyone in there in the evening. We ate in the cafe bar attached to the hotel which appears to attract a lot of local trade; we had tapas and a couple of beers which was fine. We hadn't booked the buffet breakfast and decided to wait till the morning to see what there was, we didn't see anything laid out and therefore didn't have breakfast! We used this hotel on route to Santander from Valencia area. The location on paper looks good. However, travellers should be aware that the A220 into the town has a poor surface. Then if you follow your sat nav out of the town it will take you on the A121 - find another route! Its 25Km of poor road surface and in winter its very bleak and very slow, limited overtaking available.

me gustó la ubicación y no me gustó el colchón estaba ya muy blando, no funcionaba bien el aire acondicionado y pasamos dos noches de un calor atroz sin poder dormir, la luz del espejo del baño estaba fundida y al estar el lavabo en ángulo en la esquina que hace la ducha, no te puedes y mucho ruído por la mañana temprano por el bar de abajo al descargar las cajas y barriles de cervezas.

De paso.
Yo sugiero que se cambien los dicroicos del baño y la entrada de las habitaciones por luces led, ya que los primeros emiten un ruido que si estás mucho rato en el baño resulta desagradable. En cuanto al aparcamiento se podría colocar una cámara conectada a una pantalla de recepción , sobre todo por la noche,con lo cual sería "vigilado " por poco dinero. Buen día.

El bar aglutina a Gran parte población. Problemas de aparcamiento. Cafetería del bar solicite un mantelito y me dijeron que no. Mucho jaleo de madrugada explanada bar.Habitación reducida. Trato personal al 50%. Limpieza y desayuno bien de acorde al lo ofrecido. Almuerzo menú bien. Cena cafetería (hamburguesa, tortilla al gusto, botella de cava y 2 cervezas, fatal repito hasta me negaron un mantelito) y depositaron todo en la mesa y sin pasar ni una bayeta.
