Room was clean but small by North American standards. Staff was helpful. Hotel was close to Plaza Major. However, it could be noisy sometimes in the evenings or wee mornings because of nearby restaurants and people in the street. This may bother light sleepers.

"The owners were exceptionally polite. The beds were so very comfortable. The bar and restaurant were terrific. We felt very welcome.
