Cozy house with garden and private pool in a quiet area and just 10 minutes from the beach, withdirect access to the terrace from the dining room making practically an entire room open from its large window.It has also a magnificent barbecue and two car spaces , as well as an independent room adjoining the house for more privacy.

.With more than seven kilometers of coastline, L'Escala can surely offer a corner that suits the tastes of any swimmer. From wide sandy beaches with all kinds of services around them, to small pebble coves surrounded by pine forests and cliffs. Some are the starting point of channels for swimming in the open sea and others with a wide range of sports or a particular interest in scuba diving, without forgetting unique characteristics such as swimming or sunbathing alongside more two thousand years of Greek history. De woning is prima, maar vergt wel wat meer aandacht qua onderhoud. Het is allemaal wel erg verouderd. Het was buiten t huis erg rommelig door het weer, veel dennenaalden en overig blad, ook in t zwembad. Dit werd in de 2e week wel goed schoongemaakt. Er waren weinig glazen en kopjes en de magnetron en broodrooster zijn aan vervanging toe. We hebben zelf een bezem gekocht om het buiten op te ruimen. Locatie is wel top, vlakbij t bos en in een rustige woonwijk.

A l’arrivée logement pas conforme à l’annonce, attention la troisième chambre est à l’extérieur de la maison (garage). Manque de propreté significatif, surtout l’extérieur aux abords de la piscine. Le portail est super difficile à manipuler. Par contre prestations de l’agence (Corrine) tres réactive et sympathique.

Todo lo que se ve está correcto. La piscina estaba perfectamente limpia. La barbacoa en muy buen estado. Lo único por decir es que tienes que llevar de todo (valletas,bolsas de basura,toallas, etc) La ubicación es muy tranquila y muy cerca de la playa. Repetiremos seguro.

Casa perfecta para relajarse. Durante nuestra estancia a finales de septiembre no escuchamos perros, niños, ni fiestas. La urbanización estaba tranquila prácticamente todo el día, y por la noche el silencio era absoluto, es justo lo que necesitábamos, hemos descansado muy bien. La casa está bien equipada, ideal para dos parejas al estar una de las habitaciones de matrimonio separada en un anexo con su -muy sencillo- baño propio y ducha. La piscina es un lujo. A 10-15 minutos a pie de la playa más cercana. Muy recomendable!

El personal de la inmobiliaria muy maja. Disponibles en todo momento. Las playas muy limpias y la gente muy agradable. Lo que encontré a faltar es tener lo indispensable para el primer dia: papel higiénico, productos de limpieza para el baño. Pero supongo que debido al covid no se puede.

Peu de vaisselle( plats, saladier, verres, ustensiles de cuisine( obligés d'acheter: verres, petites cuillères , ampoule, lampe de chevet , saladier bref je ne cite pas tout ce qui manque. Tout cela pour l'habitation.... mais l'annexe qui est présentée comme 3em chambre avec douche, wc. ne présente aucun confort. Chambre excigue sans armoire , wc pratiquement dans la douche, pas d'eau chaude au lavabo, bref une location à éviter.!!

Une location trop chère, pour une prestation rées en dessous de la moyenne Maison vieillissante des soucis électriques manque de vaisselle, des huisseries très vielles, une dépendance qui est une annexe de garage ! Pas de lave vaisselle, pas de climatisation, une deco tres old School amateur du contemporain passe votre chemin En bref bien trop cher .

Super séjour, Maison impeccable, trés bien située, propre,piscine super,barbecue tous les soirs,grande terrasse ombragée, franchement, on reviendra et Eva est géniale, tout pour nous satisfaire. A RECOMMANDER

Jolie petite maison, propre et bien équipée, dans une rue au calme. Parfait pour 4. chambre en annexe = garage aménagé : conseillé pour des jeunes ou des enfants. Piscine ensoleillée toute la journée. Terrasse ombragée. A 5 min à pied du port, des commerces et de la 1ere plage. Criques à qlq min en voiture. TV et chaine hifi. Accueillie par Eva (agence loc vacances), très sympa. Seul petit point négatif : Literie assez dure. Je recommande pour 4 personnes.

Très contente de notre séjour, accueil sympathique niveau administratif pas problème. Très bien équipé douche italienne. Piscine propre et profonde. Point négatif deuxième chambre double à arrière de la maison, déçu à vu d'œil de la piscine(mais contente au final)prévoir un véhicule ou vélo pour aller a la mer. Globalité de l' annonce endroit idéal au calme bon séjour je conseille cette annonce (ce n'est pas une fausse annonce)
