Villa with a simple and functional layout with a bright interior with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant, maintained and partly shaded garden, complete with its beautiful private swimming pool and its built barbecue.
Approximate distances: Sea 2 km. Ametlla de Mar town center 4 km. Restaurant, shops nearby 500 meters away. Salou and Cambrils approx. 30 minute drive. “Port Aventura” amusement park 40 km away.

Inside (approx. 100 m²): Living / dining room with satellite TV. Equipped kitchen (with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker). 3 double bedrooms (2 double beds + 2 single beds). 2 shower rooms (+ WC). 1 bathroom (+ WC). Wifi Internet connection.
Outside: Enclosed land of approximately 800 m², partly with lawn. Private swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters + deckchairs. Covered and uncovered terrace, garden furniture. Stone barbecue. Parking inside the plot + garage.
