Saona Villas presents this comfortable villa for 8 people with private pool located just 600 meters from the beach in the Sant Jordi district. Pleasant outdoor setting on beautiful wooded grounds.  
  
This independent single-storey villa for 8 people has a welcoming and comfortable interior layout with its 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house also benefits from air conditioning in its living room and hallway. Outside, beautiful private swimming pool, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Finally, note its interesting location just 800 meters from the beach.  
  
Approximate distances: Urbanization San Jordi. 600 meters from the beach and 250 meters from the sea (gravel cove). 4.5 km from Ametlla de Mar. Tennis and supermarket 2 km. Cambrils and Salou 25 and 30 minutes drive. “Port Aventura” amusement park 40 km away.  
  
Areas and equipment: Living space of approximately 140 m². Land of approximately 700 m². Air conditioning: living room / dining room + corridor - (supplement of €100/week). Wifi Internet.
