Outside, you can enjoy its beautiful private swimming pool, its covered terrace ideal for enjoying your meals and its built barbecue. It is located in the quiet area of Las Tres Calas, just 200 meters from the sea.

Location and distances: Las Tres Calas district. Sea 200 meters - beach approximately 700 meters. Restaurants and stores nearby. Ametlla de Mar town center 4 km. Salou and Cambrils approx. 30 minute drive. “Port Aventura” amusement park 40 km away.

Areas & comfort: Living space of approximately 90 m². Plot of approximately 600 m². Air conditioning: living room + 1 bedroom (floor) (with programming from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.).

Inside: Villa on 2 floors. Living/dining room with satellite TV. Equipped American kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker). 3 bedrooms (4 single beds and 1 double bed). 1 shower room + WC. 1 bathroom + WC. Free wifi Internet connection.

Outside: Enclosed land with trees of approximately 600 m². Private swimming pool 8 x 4 meters with internal steps. Outdoor shower + deckchairs. Covered terrace, garden furniture. Barbecue built. Car park.
