Pleasant villa comfortable and independent 4 bedrooms enjoying an exceptional location. It is just 500 meters from the sea and 1,000 meters from the beach, in the quiet residential urbanization of "Calafat Playa". Cette jolie villa à étage profite de très beaux extérieurs, bien entretenus. Vous profiterez entre autres de la piscine privée, des terrasses couverte et découverte ou encore du coin barbecue. Dotée de 4 chambres, cette villa peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. L'intérieur est simple, fonctionnel et de bon confort.
