Mixed feelings

Rooms were quite disappointing considering the rates. Reception staff didn't take any of my booking requests into account and firstly booked us into the wrong room. The restaurant staff and manager were really friendly and attentive and the food was great.

My pet hate is taking a shower in a bath - otherwise everything was great

Great establishment, good neighbourhood except for the (loud music) noise emanating from the garden below

It was disgusting. I shall not further choose to stay your hotel group. There was a mix up with my reservation. Arrangements were then made with Royal Hotel and the room we were allocated was not the standard that was expected for what i paid for. (The advert in the internet for Three Cities)I cant understand how a reservation can be overbooked when it was made a month or so in advance. Terrible.

Riverside Hotel

Location very convenient, good facilities at the hotel, breakfast a bit disappointing and not worth the price. A number of restaurants in area that cater for breakfast
