We took the tree house and it was amazingky beautiful and special. The entire resort is beautiful and comfortable. The pool is impressive but freezing so we couldn't use it much

Visit plitvice lake
Good tree house the kids they liked the atmosphere and new experience. The resort is well looked after shopping market and restaurant was good. The breakfast buffet was just good need to be improved with more options. Near to plitvice lake less than 15 minutes which was our main reason to book here we spent 4 hours on route B walking and using the boat nice walking and water falls. Pool walking area play ground mini golf .. etc good activities for the kids.

Good place to stay. Small little community away from the busy road. Close to plitvice park. Small grocery and resturant out front. Room was clean. Shower was a little small and bed was firm but overall good place

The property is beautiful. We stayed in a Lake House on the lake which was lovely. The room was incredibly clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We ate breakfast at the restaurant on our last day and enjoyed it. The resort has many amenities including miniature golf, table tennis, ,a workout area, pool, hammocks, and volleyball. Unfortunately, it was raining so we didn't get to take advantage of them all, but I bet they are excellent in good weather. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend Plitvice Holiday Resort.

It was a beautiful lake lodge we stayed in a quiet forest. We enjoyed the quiet morning with hot tea at our balcony even though it was very cold outside. Recommended to stay min 2 nights to enjoy the area and we loved our 3 nights stay. We rather checked-in late but staff recognize us (we were the last one) and gave us some good advice. The nearby parking slots were all taken but we could park the car nearby camping site. The hot water amount is limited so you should consider others if you are not alone in the lodge! Amenities were limited so if you are picky, you should bring yours. The air-con was nice design but we were not used to its functions, it did not warm the room enough. But the staff came to check when I ring and it was very helpful.

For the price, the property is good. Check in was prompt and informative. Rooms were clean and well appointed but the bathrooms are definitely on the small side. Dinner and breakfast were good. The resort is a good base for exploring the national park and lakes.

Place was good room clean but had a door to adjoining room and had family in it and was VERY NOISEY complained nothing happened No facilities in room kettle etc In restaurant I made mistake left a very expensive iPad case on a chair whilst I went to move tables due to smokers and could not carry everything it went missing in less than 30 seconds asked staff and not interested

Nice place to relax
The location of the resort is very good. Super market is very close as well as some restaurants. The mobile house is too small. The kitchen is fully equipped but the only thing that is missing is an oven. I would recommend staying at the lake house since the view is much better. Some of the staffs at the checkin weren't friendly and rude. Over all I give the place 6/10

This was the PERFECT place for our stay with 2 kids, 10 and 6 yrs old, with a visit to the Plitivce Lakes park. Everything was perfect ... we stayed in a treehouse for 2 nights - a joy! So cute! The restaurant was great, fantastic breakfast, the grounds were wonderful. Just 100% jackpot with this choice. The people so nice, cleanliness a 10, not a bad thing to say.

Two night stay visiting Plitvice Lakes
We stayed for two nights while visiting Plitvice Lakes. The resort was about a 15 minute drive from the lakes. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the park is really lovely, but unfortunately it rained for the two days we were there. Our room in a nice lodge was very comfy with a large bathroom and good shower. We had breakfast both mornings which was really good with plenty of choice, and ate our evening meal also in the on site restaurant which again was good. Just wish there were coffee/tea making facilities in the room Would like to stay again in one of the tree houses, they looked fun.

Tree house! This lodging is amazing! Well built, modern tree house with kitchen, 2 bathrooms, killer views onto trees and forrest area. The best sensation is, that the tree house sways from time to time. We loved our stay!!! Good layout and combinations of tree houses, lake houses, bungalows and camping at Plitvice Holiday Resort. Staff is friendly and competent.

We stayed in one of the Lake House cottages which was great. They're obviously very new and the place was clean with cool design. You can see right into your neighbours cottages though, so close the blinds at night or when changing! You can swim in the lake, they clean it every day! The treehouses look awesome as well. The property as a whole has definitely been recently renovated which means that some parts are incredible and others require a fair bit of work. The restaurant is not great at all and even though smoking indoors is quite common in Croatia - it felt as though there were decades of smoke permeating the air even at 8am during breakfast. Restaurant aside - our hosts were awesome at check-in and the property is beautifully re-done. We'd definitely stay here again!

Cozy cabins
The mobile homes are very cozy and are more like cabins than a mobile home. The area is very nice with a great restaurant right next door. Breakfast was okay, but nothing to write home about. Also, one of the shower doors in our cabin did not close all the way so water tended to get all over the bathroom floor. The laundry facility was really great and the people were very helpful. Very close to the Plitvice national park too. Overall a very nice stat for 2 nights.

We stayed in one of the mobile homes and we were very happy with it. Everything looked modern and clean. The main reason we stayed here was because it had a self-serve laundry. It turned out to be one washer and dryer that were very small. I was lucky no one else was using them or it would have delayed our morning. Other than that, the restaurant next door was good and offered kid-friendly meals. Playgrounds on site were great, and the pool looked nice.

The pool was overrun by kids. It would’ve been nice to have adult pool hours. We stayed on a bungalow right by the pool expecting to be able to use it and for it to be peaceful. It’s a very small pool and there were 15-20 kids in it or running around at any given point.

Hidden gem near Plitvice Lakes
The superior double room is newly renovated and near to the swimming pool. The room is really fantastic. Since the whole site is being renovated to upgrade all facilities, the wifi did not work well. We have to go outside near the restaurant to get connected to wifi. When the work complete, I am sure it will be a perfect choice in Grabovac, around 15 minutes drive to Plitvice Lakes.

very comfortable, clean rooms. Amazing customer service. We had an appt at 7am which would mean we would miss breakfast (served at 7), so they kindly packed a to-go breakfast for us. Far exceeded our expectations. The Wi-Fi wasn't the best but when you're in the woods, it can be touch and go.
