Hotel is fairly new and rooms are adequate. However, 4 star hotel rooms should have tea and coffee making facilities. there are none. Fridge is rather small and of no use. Beach is rocky and water deep, not suitable for small children and no swimmers. There is small cove with shallow and sandy beach, crowded with sun beds, suitable for small kids. There are tailed areas on the rocks where sun beds and umbrellas are located for the use of guests, free of charge. Being family hotel it's well appointed with facilities for kids, but not much fun for grownups in the evenings.

Nice time in Vespera
Very nice location next to a beautiful bay, really excellent cuisine in hotel restaurant (we had half board...). Big choice of fresh fish prepared by the cooks in front of you, lot of vegetables, fruits and fantastic dessert section etc. Nice pool, we had a room with sea view, sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset over the bay was quite romantic...

Family hotel on island Losinj
To loud nigh music, hard to sleep for small baby. Also beach is far away from room. Food is great. Our baby had accident in elevator, 2 fingers on right hand get hurt by door. Not safe for small babies.

Cons: The staff was awesome, but they cannot fix some of the issues the hotel has. Plumbing and ventilation should be thoroughly checked. Our room smelt so bad that we had to relocate to an another one. There's almost no soundproofing, we could easily understand what the neighbors were discussing. The kindergarten-like daycare was a joke, at least for us, yet a lot of parents seem to like it. Pros: Breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. There's a lot of parking space. The beach, although mostly rocky, looks nice. Nature in the surroundings is almost perfect. Children's playgrounds are nice too. Indoor pool.which is actually in a sister hotel was sparkling clean. Overall, everything except our smelly room and daycare was really fine.

Lovely hotel.
This is a very well organised family hotel. As a couple we has some reservations which proved to be unfounded. We enjoyed our short stay and would be happy to return. Staff were all helpful and polite.

Good kid friendly hotel, kids club disappointing
Building and facilities are really good and new. Seafront, playground, restaurants, nice pools on your doorstep. Don't expect staff to give you any intro or orientation for the services and facilities. We were given our key card on check-in and that was about it! The food was really good considering they are feeding the masses, and there are some quiet areas in the canteen away from all the noise. Lunch much isn't provided except to the children with a very strict time period. If your child doesn't eat their main fast enough the ice cream stall doesn't wait for them! So I wouldn't say mealtimes are very relaxing, except at breakfast. Baby club for the toddlers was very disappointing. They advertise a really good daily schedule, but actually, not enough children attend so they end up sticking loosely to the programme and have all the kids in one larger room, where they split them up a bit. Our 2.5yr old, arrived and was overwhelmed by older kids (eg up to 10 yrs) running around and grabbing toys. That he didn't have a chance to settle in. It was a less than calming experience for him and didn't help at all with any attachment issues in addition. This was the same for some other parents of young kids we spoke to. We tried for twice and each time he stayed about 30-60 mins, before they called us to pick him up. Also the staff aren't childcare professionals as they seem to be part of the general entertainment team. The main person was quite unhelpful and unfriendly

Nice friendly family hotel
We spent 12 days in hotel Vespera and had a lovely time. The hotel is located in a beautiful pine wood, overlooking the sea and within easy reach of the town of Mali Losinj. The hotel is great for children as there is a lot of entertainment, children's club, free lunches and snacks for children. Pino and Pineta (the hotel mascots) were a great excitement for our 5 year old son. The reception staff were lovely, helpful, friendly, efficient, hard working. The waiting staff in the restaurant were variable; some were absolutely lovely, others had obviously forgotten to smile. There was a variety of food and in abundance although some of the food was pretty bland and needed some taste adding to it :) It was great that there was always fresh fruit and vegetables and fresh bread. We found a bit stressful. The restaurant was always absolutely full; it was a bit too big and too noisy for our taste. There were a few tables outside on the terrace and these were great, but one had to be at the restaurant on the dot of 6:55pm in order to get an outside table. Soft drinks were free, but the quality of these was very low (some were coloured sugary water) though many people drank lots of them, so some obviously liked them. There was a nice children's pool, but not many loungers around it. Also, there wasn't enough space around the bigger pool either. On the whole, the hotel needs more pool space and more outdoor restaurant space for the number of rooms it offers, but it is good value.

Mali Losin Family Vacation
We had a lovely 1 week family vacation, where the hotel was great, food extraordinary (many choices of fish, meat, fruit and vegetable dishes) all fresh made from the cookes directly by the buffet. The hotel was good air conditioned (maybe sometimes too much, if yet get from 35° from outside to 20° inside the hotel - it feels very chilly). By the hotel is available a small tourist train witch drives by a schedule (extra payment needed), which drives you to the town Mali Losinj and its surrounding. If you have a bicycle with you it takes you around only 10min drive to the town Mali Losinj (we had bicycle with us). The sea was very warm (middle of July), only the beach is not so promising, as most of it by the hotel is rocky beach( not good if you have small children), you have only very few spots with gravel, which is ok also for small children. The hotel has also got two outside pools (one normal, one for small children with some playground toys). Our overall stay was very good, is some future will come again to this location.

We spent our holiday there for a third time, we were satisfied, meal service is brilliant. Just kids' animation program should be for younger kids as well (our daughter is 4) and it was to much talking for young kids especially hotel animation team should realized that there were many different nationalities. My suggestion is to rather play more scenes for kids than talking.

we have been in this hotel 3rd time... and I don't think so we will come back again...When I compare services, a state of overall services quality is descending from year to year... we came there this year in quite cold weather around 20'C,cloudy and often showers...we knew there is a open air jacuzzy...this year was even colder than an outside pool...what a shame, last year a nice coffee bar with ice cream just above main outside poll...this year has been changed to gym with hand full of people...bar is gone... animation program was not good as last and previous years as well...the only think which keeps its high quality is a food service,it was excellent as in previous years...

Vespera in Mali Lošinj, Croatia - great outdoors
Hotel is located just out of town of Mali Lošinj close to the seaside in a pinewood. There are paved paths crossing the pinewoods and along the waterfront. Perhaps you can even spot some dolphins in the sea. Beaches are mostly rocky but you can find also some bays with peebles too. The hotel is a family hotel and the animation for kids seemed quite entertaining with a disco for kids after supper with a nice music mix animators and a mascot Pino (a pinetree). Hotel must have been recently renovated, room was clean and neatly furnished adding to a relaxing feeling. Food was great. Service as expected. Included towels for use at the seaside are also handy and can be replaced for a surcharge at the swimming pools.

Das Hotel war leider zu überfüllt, im Speisesaal war die reinste Katastrophe und ein zu starker Lärmpegel. Das Essen war nicht sonderlich gut und die Zeiten zum Essen waren für Kinder nicht passend. Noch dazu kommt das es zwar ein Familien Hotel war aber es für Kinderwägen total unpassend war da es zu viele Stiegen gab und der Weg zum Pool sogar nur mit Stufen erreichbar war.

Das Hotel ist nicht neu, aber sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal spricht nur wenig deutsch. Das Essen ist nicht gut, es war fast alles Tiefkühlkost, teilweise noch gefroren bzw. kalt in den Wärmebehältern. Selbst die Pfannkuchen waren TK-Ware. Anstatt frischen Obstsalat zum Frühstück gab es Obstsalat aus der Dose.

Leider war das Essen sehr oft kalt oder nur lauwarm. Teilweise wurden im Speiseraum bei zum bsp einer auslaufenden Kaffeemaschine ein Handtuch reingestopft damit niemand in der Wasserpfütze ausrutscht. Dieser Zustand konnte innerhalb der 10 Tage nicht behoben werden. Das Wasser war sehr schön, allerdings gab es viel zu wenige Liegen und Sonnenschirme, da auch Hotelfremde Personen die Liegen nutzen konnten, ebenso war es ein Kampf, einen Parkplatz zu finden, da auch dieser für alle offen zugänglich war.

Schönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage. Ausgezeichnetes Essen, sehr freundliches Personal. Auch in Zeiten von Corona hat es a nichts gefehlt. Sauber, Desinfektionsmittel überall, Buffet wird ausgegeben was sowieso viel besser ist als wenn jeder drin stochert. Gab nichts auszusetzen

Richiesto camera piani alti in corpo centrale mi hanno dato ultima camera in fondo all'ultimo padiglione (hotel von 400 stanze) al primo piano. Bimbo allergico acari svevo chiesyo che passassero aspirapolvere moquette ogni gg ma dubito x un gg hanno fatto la csmera in 10 minuti. X resto e la 3 volta vhe alloggiamo il paesaggio é fantastico si mangia bene e qui si stacca veramente la spina. Peccato che non sappiano fidelizzare il cliente

Das Hotel ist sehr preiswert, da die Getränke beim Mittag- und Abendessen dabei sind. Das Badezimmer war leider täglich unzureichend gereinigt. Die Pflegeprodukte wurden auch nicht immer bereitgestellt.

A szobák tiszták voltak, az ágyak kényelmesek. Teljes ellátást kértünk, rengeteg finom étel, bőséges választék, sokféle halkínálat. Az esti gyerekprogram Pinoval és Pinetával osztályon felüli. Hatalmas élmény volt a gyerekeknek! Egyetlen apró dolog, ami még nekünk felnőtteknek is kellemetlen volt, hogy az egész szálloda túlhűtött volt. Összességében egy szuper jó szálloda, mi biztosan menni fogunk még.

Avslappnat familjehotell i idyll
Bra familjehotell på en underbar ö med bra mat, även om systerhotellet Aurora nog passar par bättre. Helpensionen är bekväm om ni är ute efter en stund lugn och ro utan att jaga restauranger. Kom lite senare för måltiderna för att undvika rusningen med barnfamiljerna. Rekommenderar att ta promenad längs kustlinjen in mot Mali Losinj.

Nettes Hotel mit unmöglichen Gästen
Zustand des Hotels im großen und ganzen ok. Zimmer klein aber sauber leider mit Teppichboden. Essen in der früh in Ordnung am Abend eine Zumutung!! Niveau der Gäste im Hotel nicht sehr hoch was sich am Buffet und im gegenseitigen Umgang widerspiegelt. Hotel Strand wie ein Affenfelsen jedoch gibt es in der Nähe (10 min zu Fuß ) wunderbare Badeplätze.

Generalno sam zadovoljna, management hotela bi ipak mogao zahtjevati malo više na čistoći soba (paučina, otpala kosa čistačice,...), a hrana je ipak malo lošija nego u Aurori-deserti ne prolaze pod kategorizaciju hotela, deserti nisu apsolutno nikakvi!
