We liked the staff who were very friendly. The pool was great, though our room was right next to it, which meant when the put new chlorine in we had stuffed up sinuses for 24 hours! Not so good: only Turkish coffee, which you have to pay for; you have to ask for your room to get cleaned. Just having fresh towels every 2 days would be good, even if the room isn't cleaned.

Fiyat kalite ortalamasına göre inanılmaz pahalı. Kahvaltı çok kötü. Yastıklar leş gibi sigara kokuyor. Klima çalıştırmak istemedik, pencereyi açtık fakat sabaha kadar personelin konuşmalarından ve kahkahalarından uyumak mümkün olmadı.

merhaba utku söylediklerinin hiç biri doğru değil bunu gayet iyi sende biliyorsun yapmış olduğun rezervasyon ekonomik double room ancak biz sana delux double room verdik klimalarımız 2022 model sıfır klimalardır çalıştırmama kararını kendin vermişsin odlarımızda bulunan pencereler ses geçirmez pencereyi açmak senin kararındır ve bu kararı verdiysen buna katlanmak zorundasın geceleri otelimizde bir personel bulunmakta oda resepsiyonda bulunmakta ve senin odan resepsiyona oldukça uzak bir odaydı bahçede oturan müşterilerden rahatsız olan bizim sorunumuz değil bura insanlar tatil yapmaya ve eğlenmeye geliyor rahatsız olursan evinden çıkmayıp tatile gelmiyeceksin odalarımızın hiç birinde sigara içilmez çünkü bütün hepsinde sigara sensörleri bulunmaktadır umarım yazmış olduğunuz yorumda yapmış olduğunuz yalan yanlış karalamaları siler ve gerçekleriz yazarsınız

The owner Mr.Sezgin is an experienced professional world traveler who has traveled the world. He is passionate about new places and new trips. Him and his family members and staff are always friendly and kind. The room I stayed was brand new with comfortable beds and a cute balconette. Their breakfast is great way to start your day. I would like to especially thank Cengizhan for his professional attention throughout my stay and afterwards. Cengizhan's professional and genuine kindness will add more value to the future of Sezgin boutique hotel. He is a great asset and team member.

Unpleasant place with bed bugs
This hotel is in a detrimental condition including bathroom, shower, room.located in the very unpleasant neighborhood, no parking. Swimming pool was visibly dirty. We skipped the breakfast. The staff was rude, tried to ask to pay cash instead of card or charging online. Eventually we believe there were bed bugs 🐜. Ceiling of the bathroom was so short that you could bear my fit, if you are 6.3ft.

Karina, thank you for your review. We do not accept your opinions for us. It was too late about midnight when you arrive and it is very normal that parking place is full. Our location is central and just 2 minutes walk away from the main streets, shops and seaside. We have tried 2 of your credit cards and since you don't use pin code and your credit card accepted as a foreing card the machine did not allow us to collect money. When you submit the third card with the pin number we able to collect the amount. So, the problem is not caused by our side. If you see anything disturbing in your room you can easily tell us. We are 24h open. But you did not tell us anything about your room. From time to time we make some chemical necessary cleaning process to make the pool fresh and hygenic. It is natural that sometimes it seems a bit different.

A great family friendly hotel
We had a great stay thanks to Mr Sezgin and his family. They are so welcoming and always ready to help with anything you need. The place has a beautiful garden, where you can rest quietly and enjoy a drink near the pool. The breakfast is more than enough to start your day and the room is nice with a fridge, that is very useful. Also the hotel is very central, walking distance to the shops, restaurants and harbor. I will definitely recommend it and I will come back again for sure.

A beautiful small boutique hotel . The place is perfect right in the heart of everything you want . Beautiful quiet garden to sit in and nice relaxing pool . The room was fantastic very big with a super comfortable bed

Cozy family hotel with great service
It is a very cozy and peaceful family villa hotel in the heart of Kusadasi. You will get Turkish breakfast, clean pool, garden full of flowers to rest and have minutes for yourself. In 5-10 minutes of walk along couple of main streets, you will reach the main fish market with all restaurants, Kusadasi fort and most importantly couple of clean city beaches. I am also very grateful to super polite and helpful team of this hotel. It all really made my trip!

Such a great place to stay
Honestly the best hotel ive ever been to, the services and the people are wonderful, its very family oriented and all the workers are super warm hearted. They helped my family and I, find loads of activities for cheap prices. This was my first time coming to kusadasi and if anyone wanted to visit this adventure filled place that has alot of sightseeing i highly recommend you come to this hotel. They will aid you in the right direction from buses, to tickets, to boat rides and etc. You wont be lost and you'll enjoy your time without having to pay a ridiculous amount of money.

The staff were very hospitable and helpful. The place was clean. The wifi was excellent. Water in the shower was hot with good pressure. The location is close to the town centre and the harbour. It is however st ghe top of a steep hill, so may not suit people with mobility problems. Breakfast was served in the garden, and was excellent. A nice place to stay.

A hidden lovely property with clean rooms including air condition, shower etc. and located right in the city centre. Staff helped me to arrange my daily visits for Greek island and other places (Ephesus) around Kusadasi. The hotel also has a private parking place which I have used for my rent vehicle. The parking place is quite useful. They served breakfast in the garden and it is big enough to start your day. You can drink coffee at the pool side, patio or garden during your stay. The owner and others try to make you happy at any time. Definetely think to visit in summer season.

It was my third time stay at Sezgin Hotel. Again felt like I'm visiting my home away or somewhere in Turkey. A local place located in the historic part of the town, green garden with plenty of flowers, swimming pool and lovely patio makes Sezgin's property unique. Just 5 min walk away from harbor, shops, restaurants and center. Friendly staff has organized my daily tour to Pamukkale also. Room is clea, a/c is working well. People running this place are the members of same family and that makes you feel like you are also a member of them. Special thanks for enjoyable visit.

Very disappointed
Very run down and dirty. I just couldn't have a shower because of how scruffy it looked. The fridge was yellow with nicotine. All through the night doors banged loudly. It hadn't been decorated for decades & when I got into bed there was no top sheet. How on earth can they call themselves a boutique hotel. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. It was also at the top of a steep hill. Worst hotel i've ever stayed in.

“Super friendly and centra l- A dream of hospitali
We stayed at Sezgins Boutique for nights from 20th july 21 to july, 2014. It was our first time in Kusadasi and we could not dreamed of a better experience. The staff was so worm and welcoming, answering any question we had with lots of attention and patience. It felt like they were serving a dear person of them. the room and the Hamam experience was fantastic. breakfast was wonderful, so as the noon treats. The location was very suitable to us, as the main atractions of the old city were no more that 2 min walk away.We will surly look for our next vacation in turkey to stay at Kusadasi at sezgins Pansion!! Thank you. You made our vacation so fantastic!

Don't even think about it.
This guesthouse was the worse experience I had during the entire summer and one of the worse I ever had in hotels worldwide. The room smells, the sheets in my bed were clearly the same used by the previous guest, breakfast was terrible. I wouldn't go back even if the owner pays me to stay there.

This place is family owned and operated. According to the nephew, it went through a major renovation during the off season and they were still working on some things. I stayed in one of the single "deluxe" rooms. There was paint peeling off the ceiling and all my stuff was covered with dust and paint every day. That is why I gave the rating of 2 for cleanliness. Sezgin (owner), and his nephew, Denis, were great. Both speak English really well and great conversationalists. This is a great place to stay for the money. I enjoyed it and would stay there again if I ever return. It is a little hard to find if you are traveling by GPS. It is in a great location, close to the port and some good Turkish restaurants. My friend and I did Ephesus on our own, so if you are adventurous and not in a car, hire a taxi to the top of Ephesus, view the sights, and then hire another taxi at the bottom of the hill back to Kushadasi. Overall, a great trip!

Stayed four nights and was pleased. Location is just up a hill from main walking streets with shops and cafes including Burger King. Also near to the port shopping center with more cafes and shops. Expect lots of invitations from shop hustlers as you walk the streets. Better to buy water, drinks, snacks at small market about 50 meters further up the hill prices are higher down in the tourist area. The included breakfast was simple but nice. Staff will prepare other meals, but you should ask the price before hand to avoid surprise. Bathrooms were newly remodeled and clean. My room had no wardrobe or closet and only a couple of small drawers. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Don't expect a resort... but room and service is well worth the price.

İlk gidişimiz gece yarısı olduğundan sokak çok eski gelse de merkeze olan yakınlığı otelin iç kısmının sadelik ve güzelliği ailemize hitap etti.otelin müşterileri genel olarak aile ve sürekli burayı tercih eden insanlar. Otel sahipleri tüm misafirlere aile gözüyle bakıp yardımcı oluyorlar. Cengizhan kardeşimle yarım kalmış satranç maçımızı tamamlamak için geri döneceğim 😉

Zimmer alt und ungepflegt. Man musste selber immer fragen und sich drum kümmern Hygieneartikel und Zimmerreinigung etc. Frühstück 4 Tage lang dasselbe nicht viel Auswahl. Nur die Lage war Top zu Fuß 1-2 min direkt in der Stadt und am Hafen.

İyi günler, bizim otelimiz şehrin merkezin de siz gelirken kullandığınız navigasyon sizi yanlış yönlendirmiş bu bizimle ilgili değil. Burası bir aile oteli ve insanlar bahçemiz çok güzel olduğu için orada vakit geçirmeyi seviyorlar, ama belli bir saatten sonra kimse kalmıyor keşke rahatsız olduğunuzu o zaman dile getirseydiniz ve size yardımcı olsaydık. Konuştuğumuz misafirler bizim daimi misafirlerimiz samimiyetimize dayanarak sohbet ediyoruz. Rezervasyonlarımızı güzelce geçiriyoruz ve daha önce böyle şikayetle karşılaşmadık.
