"Customer Service was top notch and exceptional. Unlike the other hotels we stayed at (who were frugal with everything), they were very warm and hospitable throughout our stay - we thoroughly ENJOYED it. The half-board meals were a great spread of food, especially the desserts. They even packed a lunch box on our last day as we left before breakfast They did not let us stay our extra days in the initial sea view room our tour booked for us so we had to change to a "side sea view" room we booked room, which was a pain (but fair enough). The massage in the spa downstairs was OK but the Turkish bath was a disaster as it was very noisy, chaotic and not relaxing with kids running all over and screaming. The Jacuzzi was lukewarm, so I didn't enjoy that, but seemed to be the case with all the hotels. But my overall experience at this hotel for the things that really mattered was 5*. I would love to go again for a relaxing week."

"This was a beautiful property with 5-star amenities but unfortunately the front desk and general manager need better customer service skills/training. They are striving to be a top tier resort but management needs to be more customer service focussed. They charged me extra for an error which was caused by the hotel. This was very upsetting. We have stayed at numerous 5-star resorts around the world and this type of situation would have never occurred. I will not return or recommend this property to others. Since it was their error they should not have charged me the additional amount. "

"More information about which drinks are paid and which are not paid. Was unclear. We had all inclusive and staff say every time that we have to pay. Also for water. Beter explanation was fine why you shoud always have those bracelets with you. "
