"Property is awesome, the private beach is nice. The walk to the beach from the room is lovely. Everything is very well maintained but services need improvement.while Corta’s ia good but itherwise food lacks taste and house keeping needs to improve theor response time and so soes the buggy service. "Amazing place to stay for a night or two. The beach huts are a bit aged and you can see signs of wear and tear on fabrics. The bed was quite comfortable and big, will definitely come back. I wish the rooms were a bit more fresh and clean."

"Probably the best place to stay in Palolem. Just a few metres from the beach so no noise at night. Private bathroom so self contained. Indian guests might miss a TV but I didn't as there is only so much cricket that you can watch."
